Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 0.5 cup sugar adjust based on sweetness
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup water
  • Fresh strawberries or mint for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Shallow container
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull strawberries, slice larger berries.
  2. Blend strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 1–2 hours or serve immediately for soft-serve.
  4. Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh strawberries or mint.

Notes

Strain the mixture for an ultra-smooth texture if desired.
