Method
- Place eggs on Instant Pot trivet with 1 cup of water.
- Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes, then natural release for 5 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice bath for 5 minutes and peel.
- Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
- Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon filling into egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and dill.
Notes
For extra creamy filling, add 1 tsp sour cream.
