Ingredients
  

  • 4 egg whites room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  2. Add sugar gradually and whip until stiff peaks.
  3. Pipe tree shapes and decorate.
