- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake 7–8 minutes until crisp.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook 6–8 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute more.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan if using.
- Spoon warm mushrooms onto crostini and garnish with thyme.
Notes
For extra richness, drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
