- Lay graham crackers flat and gently crush to make flexible if needed.
- Spread chocolate chips or chopped chocolate evenly over crackers. Optionally add peanut butter.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly on top.
- Carefully roll graham crackers into tight sushi rolls.
- Slice rolls into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
- Optional: drizzle with chocolate sauce and add sprinkles.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate 15–20 minutes for firmer rolls.
