Ingredients
  

S'mores Rolls
  • 6 pieces graham crackers large
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate sauce or melted chocolate for drizzling, optional
  • sprinkles optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Lay graham crackers flat and gently crush to make flexible if needed.
  2. Spread chocolate chips or chopped chocolate evenly over crackers. Optionally add peanut butter.
  3. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly on top.
  4. Carefully roll graham crackers into tight sushi rolls.
  5. Slice rolls into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
  6. Optional: drizzle with chocolate sauce and add sprinkles.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate 15–20 minutes for firmer rolls.

Notes

Use fresh graham crackers for easier rolling. Customize chocolate type or toppings to taste.
