Method
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, orange zest, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Add warm water and honey, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
- Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Shape dough gently and transfer to hot Dutch oven.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before slicing.
