Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and sugar.
  2. Add yogurt, oil, and salt. Mix.
  3. Add flour gradually to form dough.
  4. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Divide and roll into flat rounds.
  7. Cook on skillet until puffed and golden.
  8. Keep covered and serve warm.
