  • 2-3 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 1.5 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season ribs and place in foil-lined dish.
  3. Cover and bake for 2–2.5 hours until tender.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients and brush over ribs.
  5. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until caramelized.

Notes

Finish uncovered at high heat for best caramelization.
