Method
- Drain and pat dry the mozzarella balls.
- Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise.
- Place a basil leaf on one end of a prosciutto strip, top with a mozzarella ball.
- Roll the prosciutto tightly around the mozzarella and basil.
- Secure with a toothpick if desired and arrange on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh; assemble ahead but drizzle glaze at serving time.
