Method
- Heat-treat flour at 350°F for 5–7 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla, cocoa powder, milk, and red food coloring; mix well.
- Stir in cooled flour and salt to form a dough.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over chilled bites.
- Add sprinkles and chill until set.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for the brightest red color. Keep refrigerated for best texture.
