- Heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water until dissolved to make simple syrup.
- Add cranberries to warm syrup and soak for 10 minutes.
- Transfer cranberries to a wire rack and dry 1 hour.
- Roll tacky cranberries in sugar to coat.
- Let dry 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra sparkle, roll cranberries twice in sugar.
