Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup spinach cooked and well-drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Serve warm with bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
