Method
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in strawberry powder or puree, and optional food coloring.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan to create an even layer.
- Optional: Drizzle melted white chocolate or sprinkle decorations on top.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberry powder for intense flavor. Customize colors and toppings as desired.
