Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook diced chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer until thick and glossy.
  3. Serve over rice and add vegetables if desired.

Notes

Sauce thickens quickly; stir constantly once added.
