  • 20 oz cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Colander
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic.
  3. Add cream and broth, simmer gently.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
  6. Toss in cooked ravioli and coat with sauce.
  7. Simmer briefly and serve.

Notes

Add a splash of broth if sauce thickens too much.
