Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter with sugars until smooth.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until fudgy.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and serve.
