Brownie Batter Base
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour in microwave and let cool.
  2. Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour until fully combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Chill if desired and serve with dippers or enjoy directly.

Notes

Always heat-treat flour before eating. Adjust milk for desired texture.
