Method
- Simmer cranberries with sugar and water until berries burst. Strain and chill syrup.
- Muddle mint leaves in a large pitcher.
- Add cranberry syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice, and rum. Stir well.
- Pour over ice-filled glasses and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint, lime, and cranberries before serving.
Notes
Easily adapted into a mocktail by omitting rum.
