Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gingerbread cookies crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed gingerbread cookies with melted butter and brown sugar.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugars, molasses, vanilla, and spices.

  4. Layer crust and filling into jars.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
