Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring gel preferred

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line muffin tin.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into liners.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and food coloring.
  5. Fill liners and bake until just set.
  6. Cool, chill, then decorate before serving.

Notes

Decorate just before serving for best appearance.
