Cheese Ball Base
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz goat cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Decoration
  • 2 cups whole almonds unroasted or lightly toasted
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, goat cheese (optional), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into a pinecone shape using plastic wrap and chill for 1–2 hours.
  3. Press whole almonds over the surface in overlapping rows to resemble a pinecone.
  4. Arrange rosemary around the base for a festive presentation.
  5. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or sliced bread.

Notes

Add almonds right before serving for the freshest crunch and appearance.
