Ingredients
  

Cookies
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup pistachios chopped
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in pistachios and cranberries.
  5. Shape dough into wreaths and place on baking sheets.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until just set. Cool completely.

Notes

Decorate with white chocolate drizzle or powdered sugar after cooling.
