Method
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Add Rice Krispies and mix to coat.
- Butter hands and roll mixture into 1–2 inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, adding coconut oil if needed.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate or drizzle on top.
- Top with festive sprinkles and allow chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
For peppermint variation, add peppermint extract and crushed candy cane.
