Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry Pockets
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Scramble eggs gently with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut puff pastry into squares.
  4. Fill with eggs, ham, and cheese.
  5. Fold, seal edges, and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
