Pancake Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs large
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup pistachios finely chopped
Orange Blossom Drizzle
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  4. Fold in chopped pistachios.
  5. Cook pancakes on a greased pan until golden on both sides.
  6. Heat honey and water, then add orange blossom water and lemon juice.
  7. Stack pancakes and drizzle with syrup before serving.

Notes

Do not overmix batter for best texture. Adjust orange blossom water to taste.
