Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk warm
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
Filling
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Prepare strawberry cinnamon filling.
  5. Roll, fill, slice, and rise again.
  6. Bake until golden and fluffy.
  7. Glaze warm rolls before serving.
