Easy baked sliders filled with roast beef and melted provolone, brushed with seasoned butter and served with au jus.

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb roast beef thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
Butter Topping
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Au Jus
  • 2 cups beef broth

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Small saucepan
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer buns, roast beef, and cheese in baking dish.
  3. Brush buns with seasoned butter mixture.
  4. Bake covered 15 minutes, uncover and bake until golden.
  5. Warm beef broth and serve sliders with au jus.

Notes

Best served immediately while cheese is melted.
