Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 3 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberries until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture in a lined pan and freeze until firm.
  3. Cut into pieces and coat in flour, egg mixture, and graham crumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
