Frika
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1.5 cups grated cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Cook onions in butter until soft.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until tender.
  3. Add cheese and press into a layer.
  4. Cook until golden and crispy, then flip.
  5. Cook other side and serve warm.

Notes

Cook slowly to achieve the best crispy crust.
