Ingredients

  • 2 oz white or spiced rum
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks fresh
  • 0.25 cup cranberries fresh
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • Crushed ice
  • garnish pineapple wedge, mint sprig, fresh cranberries

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler
  • Highball glass

Method
 

  1. Muddle pineapple chunks, cranberries, and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add rum and lime juice to the muddled fruit.
  3. Fill serving glass with crushed ice and pour mixture over.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with pineapple wedge, cranberries, and mint.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Do not muddle cranberries too long to avoid bitterness.
