- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, almond extract, and sour cream; mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough, place on baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes and cool completely.
- Prepare frosting by beating butter, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla.
- Add pink coloring and frost cooled cookies.
Notes
Do not overbake for best soft texture. Chill dough if too sticky.
