Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup peanuts chopped

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas and arrange on parchment-lined tray.
  2. Spread peanut butter and sprinkle peanuts.
  3. Freeze until firm.
  4. Dip in melted chocolate and refreeze.
