Ingredients
  

Grapes
  • 4 cups seedless grapes washed and dried
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar or sweetener
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free gelatin powder any flavor
  • 0.5 tsp citric acid optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and completely dry grapes.
  2. Toss grapes with lemon juice until lightly coated.
  3. Mix sugar, gelatin powder, lemon zest, and citric acid.
  4. Coat grapes evenly with the mixture.
  5. Freeze grapes in a single layer for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Serve immediately after freezing for best crunch and flavor.
