Ingredients
  

Granola Base
  • 2 cups granola
  • 0.25 cup nut butter
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 1-2 cups fresh berries

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix granola, nut butter, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  2. Press mixture into lined muffin cups to form crusts.
  3. Fill each with Greek yogurt and smooth top.
  4. Add berries or toppings.
  5. Freeze 4+ hours until solid.

Notes

Use silicone liners for easy removal. Store in freezer up to 3 months.
