Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine strawberries, kiwi, apple, and raspberries in a bowl.
- Add honey, sugar, lime juice, and mint if using. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate the fruit salsa while preparing the chips.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over both sides of tortillas.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely and serve with chilled fruit salsa.
Notes
For best texture, keep the fruit salsa chilled and store tortilla chips separately until serving time.
