Ingredients
  

Fruit Salsa
  • 2 cups strawberries finely diced
  • 2 kiwi peeled and finely diced
  • 1 apple finely diced
  • 1 cup raspberries gently chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped, optional
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pizza cutter or sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine strawberries, kiwi, apple, and raspberries in a bowl.
  3. Add honey, sugar, lime juice, and mint if using. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the fruit salsa while preparing the chips.
  5. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over both sides of tortillas.
  8. Cut tortillas into triangles and place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  10. Cool completely and serve with chilled fruit salsa.

Notes

For best texture, keep the fruit salsa chilled and store tortilla chips separately until serving time.
