- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Add chickpeas and cook another 3–4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and toss everything to coat.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
