Rollups
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; season and drain grease.
  3. Roll out dough and spread beef evenly over surface.
  4. Sprinkle cheeses evenly, then roll dough tightly into a log.
  5. Slice into rolls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces for best flavor.
