Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops 1-inch thick
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Garlic Butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 sprigs thyme

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops and heat oil in skillet.
  2. Sear pork chops until golden, then flip.
  3. Add butter, garlic, and herbs, and baste.
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Rest, garnish, and serve.
