  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops until golden on both sides.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs and baste.
  5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Rest pork chops before serving.
