Shrimp Dish
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon slices for garnish

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Add shrimp and toss until fully coated.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the sheet pan with lemon slices.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until pink and opaque.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp. For a full meal, add vegetables like asparagus or broccoli to the same sheet pan.
