Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp and sear in butter and oil.
  2. Remove shrimp and sauté garlic and asparagus.
  3. Return shrimp, finish with lemon and parsley.
