- Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles and set aside.
- Cook shrimp in butter and garlic, remove and set aside.
- Deglaze skillet with white wine and lemon juice.
- Prepare garlic butter sauce with butter, garlic, cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce.
- Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes, remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Resting helps the lasagna hold together when slicing.
