Method
- Cook rice with water or broth and salt until tender; fluff and set aside.
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic 30 seconds; add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and stir to coat in garlic butter.
- Serve shrimp over cooked rice; garnish with parsley.
