  • 2 zucchini spiralized
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned chicken until golden and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter.
  3. Add zucchini noodles and cook briefly.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and toss.
  5. Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan, and herbs.

Notes

Do not overcook zucchini noodles to avoid excess moisture.
