Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Dumplings
  • 30 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup water
Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 green onion sliced

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon filling in each dumpling wrapper and seal edges.
  3. Pan-fry dumplings in oil until bottoms are golden.
  4. Add water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and cook until bottoms crisp again.
  6. Serve with soy vinegar dipping sauce.
