Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Season potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet.
  4. Coat chicken drumsticks with oil, garlic, seasoning, and parmesan.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet with potatoes.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Add remaining parmesan and bake 10–15 more minutes.

Notes

Broil briefly for extra crispiness if desired.
