Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and half the Parmesan.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan.
- Brush the garlic butter over warm rolls and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
