Ingredients
  

Pizza Rolls
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and half the Parmesan.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan.
  9. Brush the garlic butter over warm rolls and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
