  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Slice potatoes thinly.
  3. Mix yogurt, milk, garlic, and seasoning.
  4. Layer potatoes with sauce and cheese.
  5. Bake covered 40 minutes, then uncovered 25 minutes.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture and avoid curdling.
