Ingredients
  

Garlic Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Mac and Cheese
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté shrimp with butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. Make roux with butter and flour.
  5. Whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
  6. Add cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  7. Stir cooked pasta into cheese sauce.
  8. Return shrimp to the skillet and combine.
