Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs boneless
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz egg noodles

Equipment

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, ginger, and garlic in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and lightly brown.
  3. Add broth and simmer until chicken is cooked.
  4. Shred chicken, return to pot, add noodles, and cook until tender.

Notes

Add chili oil for spice or extra ginger for stronger flavor.
